Adjust the daily serving size according to your dog’s bodyweight;

She’s clearly not experiencing pain and stiffness in her joints anymore, and it’s lovely to see her enjoying her walks and runs again. They are good value – it’s a huge bottle of tablets and we just give the dogs one a day, so they’ve lasted for a good long while. The younger dog doesn’t care for them and probably doesn’t need them, anyway. But the older dog thinks they’re treats and she certainly seems to feel the benefit. You could crush them up easily enough if they weren’t to your dog’s taste, but either way, definitely worth a try if you have an older doggo who feels a bit achy or stiff.

I give these tablets to my Dog, she is 10 and a half years old. Her dosage is 2 tablets per day, which she takes easily without stiffness and doesn’t appear to be in any pain. I used to buy You Move, but they just got to be a silly price.
I bought Canivet Hip and Joint tablets over a year ago, they are veterinary strength and my dog moves around easily, they are a good price and easy to buy off Amazon. They work that well on my dog that I recommend them to other dog owners.

Using these to support my 6 year old Labradoodle following vet advice to counter joint stiffness. They do smell a bit odd, but no complaints from dog, he happily eats them like a treat, so I would guess they taste fine. With any of these supplements it’s worthwhile checking the composition as the proportions of each ingredient seems to vary quite considerably from one brand to another.
Reasonable price. As for performance, we’ve seen almost no stiffness since starting on joint supplements. I’m assuming therefore that they are providing a benefit. Hard to tell as when I ask him he just looks at me..

We have a 7 1/2 year old doberman (30Kg) who started struggling to jump up on our bed when she had never had a problem. Within a couple of weeks she started to try and drag herself up on the bed rather than jump and we had to lift her. Have been using these tablets for less than 2 months (2 a day) and she now jumps up on the bed again without any thought. Effective – This obviously takes time to get in to the dog’s system but once it is you can definitely see a difference. Our very active dog looks much more comfortable now. I can’t get him to have the pill in with his food as it’s quite large, so I crush it between 2 spoons and sprinkle it over.

Noticed that my Chow Was really badly limping on a front leg. Initially thought this was down to a long walk but it wasn’t improving. Spoke to the vet who stated it could be elbow/hip dysplasia which is common in Chows. Recommended some joint supplements before any drastic measures (namely a scan costing £1500!) Ordered these. Started off with x2 in the morning x1 evening and the limping has disappeared. We don’t know whether it’s completely down to the tabs or whether the limping just so happened to subside, but she hasn’t limped since! Reduced her down to 2 tabs a day now and will definitely be continuing with these in the future. So it’s worked for us!

Great value when compared to more expensive brands which have near enough the same amount of ingredients in. I have used these type of supplements b4 (not this brand) and I have noticed a difference in my dogs increase and ease of mobility.
Unfortunately my dog became suddenly very ill and had to be euthanized, so he never got to have any. But I would certainly recommend joint supplements for aging dogs with mobilty difficulties.

I bought these not expecting much, but to my amazment after just one week of taking these, my 9 years alsation/collie girl is suddenly puppy like again! She was getting very achy and stiff, especially in the evenings after her afternoon walk. It was painful watching her sometimes, but now she’s much more supple. I did not expect to see a difference for at least a month to six weeks, so I am really impressed with these. My only gripe would be that contrary to what it says on the jar, she will not accept them as treats. I have to heavily disquise them in food to get her to take them, but hey if that what it takes so be it. Can highly reconmmend these!

My girl has a sensitive stomach and over the last two weeks (especially when it got colder) she started being stiff in the morning and was unwilling to go downstairs.
I decided to try Canimed and was pleasantly surprised how quickly our husky accepted the supplement. The stiffness gradually went away after a week and is now absolutely gone. She as energetic as our 3-year-old staffy.
Her digestion has also improved over the past few days and she has now started to drink more water and is happily eating her low-fat granules (which was a small battle previously). Toilet routine is finally back to normal. Strongly recommend.

I saw the size of the pills and thought these were going to be a problem to get into our 13 1/2yr old Staffie. Why did I worry? He eats them like treats. No idea what is in them that he likes so much but he loves them and will come running when he hears the bottle rattle.
