How do I serve it to my dog?
CANIVET Probiotic for dogs is infused with natural chicken flavour to make it easy to serve.
Just sprinkle the appropriate amount onto your dog’s wet or dry food. Benefits will manifest in most dogs after approx. 6 weeks of regular, daily use, although it is sooner in many cases.
Daily serving size is determined by bodyweight:

- 10-20kg – 1 x Scoop per Day

Sorts Issues Out Fast! Easy to use and measure, we use this like some of the more expensive, branded, pro-biotics that are on the market. Having dogs with sensitive stomachs, this is brilliant for either clearing up issues as soon as they occur or for if we are forced to change their feed. The pot says see the difference in 6 weeks, well we see the difference in 12 – 24 hours (after just one dose). We use it for 5 days in the event of issues to ensure that they are fully resolved before discontinuing and when changing feeds we use it for the entire change over period (around 7 days). This stuff is brilliant there is enough for 10 full treatments for our two dogs.

My Lab suffers from severe weight loss, thought I’d give this a go and it seems to be working well so far! As you can see in the pictures, he has gained some weight (purple collar is the after picture) and it has helped his nails too, before he was on the probiotics his nails would chip and crack, but they are stronger now. It’s helped his poo get more solid too, not a huge change, but it’s not the products fault, he just has bowel issues. The smell of the powder isn’t bad either, he gets 2 scoops a day mixed with water in his food, and he’s had no issues eating it. Bonus points because his farts aren’t as deadly since he’s been having it😉

Well what can I say. My golden retriever had the worst butt farts ever. They were constant and every room I walked into smelt of doggy farts and they were the worse smelling farts ever. First recommended prebiotics by a vet. Researched and found canivet thought would give a try to see if helped flatulance and whinning dog that also has tummy upset possibly by diet even though grain free diet etc and certain mixers giving tummy upsets.
After about a week of using product noticed the flatulance had reduced and a less whinning happier dog.
We ran out kept meaning to order more until the whinning returned and the flatulance returned significantly after running out didn’t hesitate to purchase it again!
Just wished I’d ordered it before ran out but also wanted to see if the canivet really made a difference? It clearly does.

Amazing results after a few days. I don’t normally review anything, but this has really helped my dog, he was refusing to eat anything that needed crunching up, so he’s been on wet food only and has started to look a bit skinny. The scent of the powder isn’t great, but it’s only noticeable if you give it a good whiff. Fundamentally my dog loves it & has found a new level excitement for meal times! (Just opening it to photograph has got him all excited!)
Based on the current results I would happily give him this daily if the results continue. I have used many products on & off in the last 7 months that have hardly made a difference (certainly not long lasting), but have left bigger dents in my pocket.

24/09/22 – 6 weeks on and we’re nearing the end of our first pot with stools remaining firm throughout. I already have a second pot lined up and I hope to reduce the quantity of powder to stretch it further, but I will continue to purchase this product even if this isn’t possible.
The nuclear flatulence comes and goes. I think it comes from my labs tendency to eat things I would rather he didn’t!

My Rescue Beagle Buddy is a very choosy dog, turns his nose up at lots of treats so wasn’t holding out much hope he’d like this especially as it has a strong scent, but, he seems to LOVE it.
